Images of furniture shall not form part of the salesman’s performance. Regarding the content and the scope of the salesman’s performance, only the notarized sales agreement and its appendices, among them also the descriptions of work and the performance description, shall be legally binding.

Information regarding the offer

This is about an offer by the company Fellini Residences Vertriebs GmbH, which is subject to commission. If a notarized purchase agreement is being concluded, an acquisition commission of 7,14 % including VAT shall be due, but commission payments to other agents shall be taken into account.
