Marc Kocher, who has already designed the reconstruction of the opera house of La Fenice in Venice, has in Fellini combined classical elegance and modern aesthetics in a unique way. Walking through the arcade-shaped entrance area, you enter the piazza with jewel garden and a fountain made of natural stone. The house faces the south with a semi-circular opening. This not only allows an incomparable view but also plenty of sun and Mediterranean conditions in every apartment. In addition to this, all apartments have loggias or balconies with decorative panels. On the ground floor, attractive terraces and garden seats invite on to linger a while. On the side facing the street, the historical facades are clad in beige sandstone up to the crown cornice. All window-frames are made of profiled wood. The three metre high ceilings in all apartments and extra-high coffer doors in the apartments make for even more luxury (height 2.23 metres). Look forward to a noble atmosphere, the likes of which can only otherwise be found in old buildings.
